• Responsible for all data management activities in large, complex studies • Primary communication point for project teams and company departments regarding clinical data management • Co-ordinate/perform user acceptance testing • Development of Data Validation Plan/Edit Check Specifications • Data validation and query generation • Coordination of processing, dispatch and archiving of CRFs/queries • Preparation and attendance at audits/inspections of Data Management • Training of Assistant Data Managers and clinical team regarding CRF completion

• Acts as a communication line for project teams regarding clinical data management • Maintains TMF/eTMF • Trains Assistant Data Manager • Is involved in clinical data management activities including, but not limited to: Supporting development of study documentation (eCRF Requirements, Edit Checks Specification, Data Management Plan, CRF Completion Guidelines, User Access Management Plan, Data Validation Plan, External Data Transfer Agreements, SAE Reconciliation Guidelines, Local Lab Normal Ranges Guidelines, Coding Guidelines where applicable) • User acceptance testing • User access management • Data review eCRF/External data reconciliation • Medical coding (for staff with medical/Life Science background) • Supporting SAE reconciliation • Query management • Local lab normal ranges entry and QC • Study Database Lock activities • Archival of CRFs • QC Data entry/QC • Project status reporting • Data listings/Patient profiles generation and delivery • Assisting with Database Lock tasks as needed for assigned projects

• Lead client-facing incrementality testing and experimentation initiatives across paid and owned marketing channels • Serve as a strategic partner to marketing, measurement, and analytics stakeholders on testing design, interpretation, and decision-making • Lead development of and drive adoption of Claude Code and AI-enabled workflows to improve testing efficiency, scalability, and delivery quality • Manage multiple concurrent testing workstreams in a fast-paced embedded client environment • Coordinate across data science, analytics, and operations teams to drive high-quality delivery and actionable insights • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members while helping drive rigor and operational excellence across the testing program

• Support the Business Insights team in advancing Welltower’s data and analytics initiatives. • Assist in the development and testing of predictive models and analytical solutions. • Help prepare datasets, engineer features, and support machine learning workflows. • Conduct exploratory data analysis and data mining using modern analytical techniques. • Assist with integrating and evaluating internal and external data sources. • Analyze model outputs and communicate insights that support business decisions. • Support efforts to improve data quality, governance, and collection processes. • Process, cleanse, and validate data used in reporting and analytics projects. • Perform ad-hoc analyses and present findings to team members in a clear and organized manner. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for data-driven solutions.
