Qualifications - As a PTA, you are naturally empathetic, friendly, and love what you do! - 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus. - Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program. - Active PTA license in a compact state ( https://www.ptcompact.org/ ). - Tech Savvy - thrive in a multi-platform environment, comfortably switching between systems (EHR, messaging, scheduling) without missing a beat. - Experience in behavioral modification; Health Coach Certification is a plus. - Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and an ability to collect and present meaningful data to drive decisions. - Strong relationship-building and listening skills. - Demonstrated patient focus; a genuine passion for the user and their experience. - Ability to multi-task and manage various types of users. - Ability to work independently with limited supervision. - The flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. - The ability to influence change and bring enthusiasm and excitement to the workplace. - Independent and proactive work style; quick, flexible thinking; and an open, inquisitive approach. - Eager to make an impact at a young company addressing an important problem. - Passion for health and wellness.
