Position Title: Application Support Specialist Location: 100% Remote, CST Hours Job Type: Contract Pay Rate: $22 / Hour Benefits: This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K benefits. Position Overview: The Application Support Specialist will provide technical support to customers, answering questions on function and usage of client products through phone support. We are looking for someone who has the ability to learn new products and client services to effectively establish a relationship with customers to assist in product knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Resolves customer questions and issues over the telephone in the areas of system configuration, product functionality and general usage. - First call resolution preferred - Maintain contact with customers as necessary on ongoing issues - Escalates issues as appropriate to other support areas - Maintains relationships between the company and customers during each interaction, and supports client interests and goals. - Meets or exceeds all individual and team production and performance expectations. - Participates in projects and supports company initiatives as required. - Customer technical support experience, call center preferred but not required - Strong communication skills and telephone etiquette - Strong business/technical oral and written skills - Must work well independently or in a team environment - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Proficient with entire Microsoft Office suite Requirements: - Technical Support Troubleshooting: Password reset, software install, experience guiding a caller through multi-step instructions. - Prior experience using a ticketing system to log interactions with callers. - High phone volume (Ideally more than 10 calls a day in bound). - Professional remote work experience. - Strong Customer Support experience.
