What we’re looking for… As a Cyber Compliance & Policy Analyst, you will ensure AG Barr meets its legal and regulatory obligations, driving compliance across our cyber and data protection domains. We are looking for a methodical professional to take specific ownership of our UK GDPR and NIS2 compliance frameworks, alongside our cyber security policy library. In this role, you won't just track checkboxes - you will be the vital link that translates complex regulatory requirements into actionable internal policies, while coordinating independent penetration testing to robustly assure AG Barr's security posture. Your responsibilities will include… - Own UK GDPR & NIS2 compliance within the Digital and Technology function, keeping registers current and audit-ready. - Support data security breach governance and maintain incident procedures, ensuring seamless readiness alongside our Legal team to meet the ICO's 72-hour notification window. - Maintain the cyber security policy library, updating frameworks to align with evolving regulations. - Drive policy adoption across the business, working with HR to track employee awareness and manage exceptions. - Coordinate the penetration testing programme, managing vendor procurement, scoping, and logistics. - Track vulnerability remediation by logging test findings in our risk management tool, Optro, and ensuring swift closure by technical teams. What you’ll bring... - Compliance experience managing regulatory programmes for UK GDPR and at least one other cyber/data regulation. - Working knowledge of NIS2 security obligations and UK GDPR requirements (including DPIAs and breach responses). - Policy writing skills, with the ability to translate technical security requirements into clear employee guidance. - Penetration test coordination experience, including scoping tests and tracking technical findings to resolution. - Experience utilising GRC software or audit tracking platforms (Optro or equivalent) to log, assign, and track technical vulnerabilities and remediation progress through to closure. - A methodical mindset with the discipline to track obligations and maintain accurate compliance documentation. And it would also be great if you can demonstrate: - Relevant certifications such as BCS Data Protection Practitioner, CIPP/E, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer. - Stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across Legal, HR, external providers, and regulators. • Ensure each client attains regulatory compliance and technical quality during the deployment of Lina solutions. • Conduct configuration, acceptance testing and validation of Lina solutions with clients. • Diagnose problems, identify root cause and propose solutions before escalating. • Execute functional, technical and regulatory tests. • Lead follow-up and alignment meetings with clients. • Track schedules, dependencies and activities for the deployments under your responsibility. • Identify risks and impediments and communicate proactively. • Collaborate with internal teams to meet agreed deadlines. • Maintain visibility into the progress of requests. • Apply domain best practices: API integrations and regulatory compliance. • Produce and maintain technical implementation documentation. • Act as the technical point of contact during the deployments you are responsible for. • Translate client business needs into clear technical requirements.

• Execute implementations with quality and consistency. • Develop technical knowledge within the Lina ecosystem. • Contribute to team documentation and support the continuous improvement of Delivery processes. • Support the execution of technical integrations (APIs, data and basic security) under the guidance of mid‑level and senior analysts; • Diagnose and log technical issues, and perform escalations; • Conduct and participate in compliance tests and requirements validation using defined processes; • Take part in technical reviews and code reviews, incorporating feedback. • Ensure that deliverables are documented and aligned with standards.

• Conduct land tenure and geospatial analyses of properties adjoining the railway right-of-way. • Identify, collect documentation, georeference, digitize (vectorize) and integrate territorial information. • Ensure the technical, legal and cartographic compliance of data used in land regularization and asset management projects for the rail network. • Identify and analyze properties adjacent to the railway right-of-way along the network covered by the project. • Conduct searches of property registration records at the competent real estate registries. • Consult official land and cadastral information databases. • Interpret property registration records (matrículas), descriptive memorials, plans and other land ownership documents. • Perform georeferencing of properties and digitize property boundaries and adjacencies in a GIS environment using QGIS. • Carry out comparative spatial analyses between property boundaries and the railway right-of-way. • Document methodologies, consulted sources and technical criteria adopted during the analyses.
