• Conduct land tenure and geospatial analyses of properties adjoining the railway right-of-way. • Identify, collect documentation, georeference, digitize (vectorize) and integrate territorial information. • Ensure the technical, legal and cartographic compliance of data used in land regularization and asset management projects for the rail network. • Identify and analyze properties adjacent to the railway right-of-way along the network covered by the project. • Conduct searches of property registration records at the competent real estate registries. • Consult official land and cadastral information databases. • Interpret property registration records (matrículas), descriptive memorials, plans and other land ownership documents. • Perform georeferencing of properties and digitize property boundaries and adjacencies in a GIS environment using QGIS. • Carry out comparative spatial analyses between property boundaries and the railway right-of-way. • Document methodologies, consulted sources and technical criteria adopted during the analyses.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in: Surveying Engineering; Cartographic Engineering; Geography; Geoprocessing; Civil Engineering; Environmental Engineering; or related fields.

Role Description SAIC’s Contract and Procurement organization is seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Senior Contracts Analyst to manage contracts/proposals with various Civilian Agencies. The position requires knowledge of the federal government contracts field and will conduct the preparation, negotiation, acceptance, and management of government contracts to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to key stakeholders throughout the capture, proposal, and contract execution phases. This position requires the ability to multi-task and work several projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment. Role Description The Mortgage Loan Processor works closely with loan originators to process mortgage loans in order to provide a best-in-class customer experience. The Processor receives the application online and must have the ability to quickly review for accuracy and completeness, advise the LO as to the viability of the loan at first glance, and then must acquire necessary documents to submit to underwriting for final approval. Responsibilities - Gathers and analyzes documentation and other information to take each loan application from setup to closing. - Contacts borrowers and referral sources as an introduction within 3 days (72 hours) of receipt. - Reviews all income documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines for a specific loan product. - Reviews product guidelines to ensure the loan fits and the necessary documentation is obtained, including: - Verify 2 years of continued employment – document any gaps. - Review asset documentation. - Review credit report. - Review appraisal. - Review title work. - Review hazard insurance. - Obtain payoffs on refinances by contacting the current mortgage holder. - Ensure all documentation is legible. - Obtain all required certifications from agents – termite, well, septic, etc., and review upon receipt. The Role We are hiring a Senior Revenue Analyst to own the modeling, forecasting, and reporting of Wasabi’s revenue. This is a high-visibility strategic finance seat that partners directly with the COO, CFO, Sales leadership, and the executive team. You will be the analytical backbone behind how Wasabi plans, forecasts, and communicates revenue performance, both internally and to the Board. We need someone who can build the model, defend the assumptions, run the scenarios the executives actually ask about, and explain the answer clearly. Key Responsibilities - Own Wasabi’s revenue forecast across products, regions, sales PODs, and customer cohorts. Maintain the master model end to end. - Build and maintain what-if scenarios (pricing changes, churn assumptions, ramp curves, large deal slip risk, OEM and partner attribution) in a complex multi-tab Excel environment. - Translate ARR, bookings, billings, and GAAP revenue into a single coherent story. Reconcile the bridges and explain the variances. - Partner with FP&A to assist with storage deployment timing by region. - Partner with Accounting and Sales Operations on revenue recognition treatment for complex transactions. Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue review packages. Lead the variance walk vs. plan, prior forecast, and prior year. - Support annual planning: build the bottoms-up revenue plan, stress test it, and pressure test sales capacity and quota coverage against it. - Design and maintain sales quota structures by sub-region, aligning revenue and bookings targets to capacity, and territory potential. - Partner with BI and Data Science to keep the model anchored to Snowflake source-of-truth data (Salesforce, NetSuite, usage telemetry). - Use AI tooling (Claude, Snowflake) to automate recurring forecast workflows: variance commentary drafts, deal-level anomaly detection, pipeline hygiene checks - Continuously improve forecast accuracy by partnering with Data Science on ML-driven inputs (churn signals, ramp curves, consumption trajectories). What You Bring Required - 5+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, revenue operations, or investment banking / PE, with at least 2 years owning a revenue forecast at a SaaS, cloud, or recurring-revenue business. - Deep, working fluency in ARR, NRR, GRR, bookings, billings, deferred revenue, and GAAP revenue. Strong command of ASC 606 in practice, not just in theory. Comfortable working through revenue recognition treatment with Accounting on non-standard deals. - Expert Excel.
