Construction Project Sales Manager

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.

• Lead SBD’s involvement in major North American construction projects • Build and maintain direct relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors • Promote and implement SBD’s value-added products and services • Oversee SBD’s contributions at all construction phases • Develop and execute comprehensive engagement plans for each assigned project • Identify new opportunities for SBD to add value, streamline procedures, and enhance customer satisfaction • Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and provide regular updates to leadership

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering preferred)
  • 10+ years of in sales, marketing or related field
  • OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications preferred
  • Proven Construction project management experience preferred
  • Must have the ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of an organization
  • Skilled at building and aligning a team to the overall strategic plan of the group
  • Ability to collaborate with the appropriate internal team members to resolve problems
  • Ideal candidate is experienced in planning and executing meetings and events of varying sizes and scope
  • Exhibit a thorough knowledge of managing and executing a budget for your region
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite, SAP and use of a smartphone
