• Design and implement an enterprise-grade agentic development environment using Kiro or similar platforms • Establish multi-agent workflows supporting requirements generation, design, code generation, testing, and documentation • Create scalable development patterns and reusable frameworks for application delivery • Lead rapid MVP and proof-of-concept development initiatives • Transform business requirements and natural language inputs into user stories, system designs, UI prototypes, and working applications • Validate and refine concepts through iterative AI-assisted development cycles • Develop reusable application templates, Angular component libraries, Node.js service frameworks, AI agent workflows, and prompt libraries • Standardize architecture and development practices across teams • Design and optimize workflows involving requirements agents, design agents, code generation agents, testing agents, and documentation agents • Integrate LLM-based tools into the software delivery lifecycle • Drive adoption of AI-native development practices across Product, Design, and Engineering teams • Establish governance, security, quality controls, and validation processes for AI-generated artifacts • Conduct workshops and stakeholder enablement programs
Job Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with NestJS, TypeScript, and Angular
- Expertise in software architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications
- Experience building developer platforms, internal tools, accelerators, or platform engineering solutions
- Proven experience delivering rapid prototypes, MVPs, and innovation initiatives
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks
- Ability to work effectively with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders
- Experience with agentic AI platforms, AI coding tools, or multi-agent frameworks
- Experience with Kiro (preferred)
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, MCP architectures, or AI orchestration platforms (preferred)
