Role Description Transit Technologies is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager – Salesforce Platform to own and transform our Salesforce ecosystem across the enterprise. This role will serve as the single-threaded owner of Salesforce, responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, governance, and execution of a scalable CRM and revenue systems architecture spanning Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, and all associated integrations. You will partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Engineering to evolve Salesforce from a developing environment into a mature, trusted, enterprise system of record. What You’ll Own - Salesforce Platform Strategy & Ownership - Own the end-to-end Salesforce platform vision, strategy, and roadmap across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Service Cloud. - Define Salesforce as the enterprise system of record supporting growth and GTM strategy. - Establish platform governance, standards, and scalable architecture principles. - Drive prioritization of enhancements, technical debt reduction, and platform maturity initiatives. - Lead build vs. buy decisions for Salesforce-native capabilities and third-party solutions. - Revenue Operations & Go-To-Market Enablement - Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. - Optimize lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, and customer lifecycle workflows. - Improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and revenue reporting. - Enable GTM teams with automation, insights, and tools that increase productivity and efficiency. - Support alignment between commercial strategy and system design. - Data Governance & Platform Integrity - Own Salesforce data quality, governance, and lifecycle management. - Define standards for data structure, deduplication, enrichment, and validation. - Establish KPIs to measure data health, adoption, and system performance. - Ensure accurate reporting, dashboards, and executive visibility. - Drive consistency across all CRM data inputs and downstream systems. - Integrations & Enterprise Systems Architecture - Own Salesforce integrations across HubSpot, Sage Intacct, Gong, and other GTM and financial systems. - Ensure seamless data flow across lead management, revenue operations, and financial systems. - Partner with Engineering to design scalable, secure, and reliable integrations. - Rationalize overlapping tools and reduce system redundancy. - Establish integration governance, monitoring, and reliability standards. - Delivery, Execution & Platform Evolution - Translate business requirements into clear product priorities and execution plans. - Partner with Salesforce Admins, Engineering, and vendors to deliver enhancements. - Manage a prioritized backlog balancing quick wins and long-term platform investment. - Drive cross-functional planning and execution discipline. - Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of platform improvements. - Adoption, Change Management & Enablement - Drive Salesforce adoption across the organization through structured enablement and training. - Serve as the primary Salesforce subject matter expert across the business. - Lead change management for new workflows, features, and system enhancements. - Build trust through consistency, transparency, and delivery excellence. - Continuously improve user experience and system usability.
