Full TimeRemoteTeam 11-50

Role Description We're looking for a Technical Product Manager who sits at the intersection of platform, partnerships, and AI. In the near term, you'll help shape and guide our API, integrations, and developer platform roadmap. Longer term, you'll help define how Wheelhouse intelligence is accessed and utilized across an increasingly connected ecosystem of applications, workflows, and emerging AI technologies. We're not trying to use AI to replace revenue managers. We're building tools that make great operators dramatically more effective. This is not a roadmap maintenance role. It's a builder role. You'll help shape how Wheelhouse connects with the world—through APIs, integrations, MCP, developer tooling, and intelligent systems that help operators make faster, smarter revenue decisions. You'll work on questions like: - What should developers and AI systems be able to build on top of Wheelhouse? - How should Wheelhouse expose its capabilities through Model Context Protocol? - What tools do we publish, and how do partners and intelligent systems interact with them? - Which partner requests should become scaled platform capabilities? - How do we make Wheelhouse Intelligence available wherever revenue decisions are being made? - What platform investments create the most leverage for customers, partners, and the broader ecosystem? At Wheelhouse, Product Managers aren't roadmap gatekeepers. We're a small team of highly engaged builders, and some of our best ideas come from engineers, customer-facing teams, partners, leadership, and customers themselves. Your role isn't to dictate priorities from a spreadsheet. It's to create clarity where there is ambiguity, facilitate productive conversations, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, and help great ideas become great products. You'll be responsible for bringing together diverse perspectives, asking the right questions, making tradeoffs visible, and helping the organization move forward with confidence and alignment. If you're energized by collaboration, ownership of outcomes, and building alongside a smart, best-in-class team, you'll thrive here. Qualifications - 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in APIs, integrations, developer tooling, technical SaaS products, or ecosystem-focused products. - Experience launching AI products/features. - Ability to comfortably discuss APIs, webhooks, authentication, integrations, data models, and modern software architecture. - Deep curiosity about AI, MCPs, and emerging technologies. - Strong product judgment and ability to distinguish between solving specific problems and building reusable capabilities. - Effective communication skills with engineers, customers, partners, and executives. - Highly curious, adaptable, and energized by learning. - Ability to thrive in ambiguity and help teams navigate complex decisions. - Sees AI as a force multiplier for themselves, their teammates, and our customers. Requirements - Experience in hospitality/short term rental technology, pricing, or revenue management (bonus). - Experience with Linear, Vercel/V0, Claude, and Postman (bonus). Benefits - The expected base salary range for this position is between $136,000 - $152,000 depending on experience. - Competitive salary, cash bonus potential, and equity. - Full medical, dental, and vision benefits for each US employee. - Fidelity 401k available for each US employee. - Unlimited PTO. - And…more! Company Description Wheelhouse is a fintech platform for the $500B+ flex rental space. Most specifically, we enable short & mid-length stay providers with 1 to 100,000+ listings to earn 20%+ more from their rental properties. In 2021, our target customer segment voted our platform “Innovation of the Year” at the Data & Revenue Management conference. This sentiment is shared by our customers, as evidenced by our platform's low churn and rapidly growing ARPU. In 2022, we closed a significant funding round, with participation from many of the best tech, travel & real estate investors. We’re lucky to have a long runway, low burn, and rapidly growing revenue. As a team, we enjoy shipping products our customers love, on time or ahead of schedule, while balancing work/life & having fun together. We’re best described as transparent & collaborative, and we strive to set our teammates up for success - both professionally & personally. We’re a remote-first, work-anywhere company, who believes that “healthy hustle” is the key to good growth.

Our platform includes all the capabilities needed to discover, organize, and consume data without the need for time-consuming and costly migration projects. Today more than 200 leading organizations trust us to make better decisions faster. We are a remote-first company with employees all over the world and are proud to be named a Best Place to Work. Our founders are the creators of Trino (and previously Presto at Facebook). 10 years ago, they created Trino as the analytic database to stand the test of time. Funny enough, they never had any intentions to start a company around it. 5 years ago, we started Starburst with a similarly audacious goal: To build an iconic company that would stand the test of time. We are solving exceptionally complex and meaningful challenges here and as we innovate, we each have the opportunity to build our careers alongside Starbursts’s growth. Starburst has raised $414 million in venture funding and we are hiring across all functions to support our massive growth!
