Role Description We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who has a builder mentality and is ready to accelerate Om. You'll report to the Director of Brand & Innovation and be our in-house digital engine, setting the strategy and managing execution end-to-end, shaping how the brand shows up across platforms, communities, and culture. - Lead the development of a social-first brand strategy, content, and activation — own the brand's voice and presence across all platforms - Paid media direction & execution — manage spend efficiently and optimize relentlessly across channels - Influencer & creator ecosystem — build and manage a best-in-class creator program, including TikTok Shop strategy and execution - Performance reporting & optimization — track what matters, cut what doesn't, and double down on what works - Engagement & collaboration execution — activate partnerships and community moments that build brand love - DTC strategy alignment — integrate digital marketing into the full direct-to-consumer funnel - Define social KPIs (engagement, reach, sentiment, conversion) - Track, analyze and optimize campaign performance, garnering insights to refine the strategy - Ability to navigate ambiguity in evolving business objectives, new product launches, KPIs, and insights.
