Role Description As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the fiscal future of our US Gas operations. You will partner with executive leadership to transform complex data into actionable insights that fuel our growth initiatives. - Responsible for management and creation of key financial reports to meet various business needs and help drive business decisions (current and future) - Analyze past, current, and future financial data and operational performance - Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting packages and reports to senior Operations leaders and executive US Gas/Corporate leadership teams - Analyze financial performance indicators (KPIs) to explain variances from forecast and budget compared to actuals or within previous versions of forecasts - Distribute monthly flash revenue, adjusted gross profit, EBIT and EBITDA results to give an early indicator of results compared to latest forecast and original budget - Oversee the annual US Gas budgets and forecasts for short- and long-range operating objectives, organizational structure, and staffing requirements to best position and align with future growth initiatives - Partner with Operations Controllers to assist with FP&A, financial and similar objectives - Respond to ad-hoc inquiries regarding financial results and analysis requests - Assume other special activities and responsibilities Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field - 6+ years' experience in the following areas: - Analytical and data gathering to create a performance financial story - Developing cash flow forecasts and projections - Automating and improving reporting efficiencies Requirements - Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment - Travel 10-15% of the time - Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice - Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing - Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments - Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds Benefits - Benefit Package including Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage - 401K w/ Company Match - Voluntary Life & AD&D Insurance and Short-Term and Long-Term Disability - Vacation/Sick Time and Paid Holidays - Potential Bonus Opportunities - Career Development Opportunities - Employee Discounts - Weekly Payroll

Role Description We are currently recruiting for a Program Analyst (Level II/III) to perform Fishery Disaster Request Analysis by performing initial evaluation of any fishery disaster requests received for Alaska and serve as the main point of contact for the requesting entity. All evaluations must follow the new requirements of the amended section 312(a) of the MSA. - Provide program management support to the Regional Fishery Disaster Assistance Lead (Lead). - Upon receipt of a request from the Lead, review the request and contact any requesting entity staff leads identified in the request and provide regional contact information to such staff. - Serve as the point of contact and answer any questions from the requestors during the evaluation process. - Review the request and compare the information provided with the required information listed in MSA section 312(a). - Notify the requestor’s staff contact about any missing/incomplete information and request updates as appropriate. - Evaluate the request based on the methodology contained in the Policy Guidance from the Headquarters office. - Draft a decision memo using agreed upon templates for initial review by the Lead. - Submit the Memo through the appropriate clearance process with Headquarters and the Region. - Develop an annotated template for Alaska fishery disaster requests that is shareable with requesters. - Maintain and update a database of Alaska fishery disasters to track multi-year disasters, including grant tracking. - Create and maintain a file management system specific to AK disasters. Deliverables - Draft emails to notify the Lead about missing or incomplete information in disaster requests. - Draft emails to notify the Lead about receipt of a complete request before beginning evaluation. - Draft Decision Memos using templates provided by the Lead. - Update the Decision Memos with the recommendation decision from the Lead. - Ongoing development of Alaska fishery disaster database for internal use. - Prepare annual report on Alaska fishery disasters that are pending and/or approved. - Prepare Alaska fishery disaster spend plans for leadership. - Monthly progress report including accomplishments, issues encountered, and recommendations, due 15th of the following month. • Support ongoing Treasury audits across securitization and floorplan programs. • Coordinate audit requests and assist in gathering documentation and responses from Treasury, IT, and business stakeholders. • Track audit deliverables and help monitor progress against established timelines. • Partner with Treasury leadership and subject matter experts to support audit execution and remediation activities. • Participate in User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements, reporting improvements, and control initiatives. • Validate system outputs and reporting accuracy across multiple platforms. • Document testing results and support issue resolution and sign-off processes. • Assist in ensuring implemented changes meet business and control requirements. • Analyze and reconcile data across Treasury, securitization, and operational systems. • Validate data consistency between Active Asset reporting, securitization reporting, and floorplan platforms. • Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies, data quality issues, and asset-level exceptions. • Support accurate data mapping and reporting across downstream systems. • Assist with initiatives designed to strengthen Treasury controls and improve operational efficiency. • Support the transition of key Treasury processes and reporting responsibilities to internal ownership. • Contribute to the development of standardized procedures and documentation. • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and process effectiveness. • Work closely with Treasury, IT, PMO, Finance, and operational teams. • Help coordinate activities across multiple concurrent projects and priorities. • Facilitate communication and follow-up on key action items and deliverables.
• Assist with weekly scheduling of outbound trucks leaving and injecting around various points around the country to make our delivery SLAs • Work closely with our carrier and 3PL partners to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery • Monitor and report out key performance indicators such as on time delivery, damages, etc on a weekly and monthly basis • Work with cross-functional teams to support the seamless flow of our deliveries from FC to customer • Assist in managing the weekly/monthly expenses and work with AP to correct any discrepancies
