Role Description This 100% remote Administrative Associate role is ideal for highly organized, detail-oriented bilingual professionals with experience supporting executive teams or clients from Latin America. In this role, you will move beyond basic support to independently manage administrative workflows, ensure operational efficiency, and act as a reliable point of contact. - Oversee and optimize process documentation and maintain accurate, high-quality institutional records. - Structure, organize, and manage file systems within Google Drive to ensure seamless team accessibility. - Lead data entry initiatives, maintain data integrity, and generate comprehensive internal reports for decision-making. - Proactively manage executive correspondence, including high-level email management and communication with clients and vendors. - Conduct independent research and handle sensitive or complex document management. - Execute other specialized administrative or related tasks to support team objectives. Qualifications - Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish. - 3 – 5 years of experience in administration or virtual assistance. - Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection. - Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
