Role Description As a Senior Paid Social Manager, you’ll own strategy and performance across a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands. You’ll work directly with founders and senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, improve account performance, and drive client retention. You’ll also mentor Paid Social Managers, helping elevate execution standards across the business. Qualifications - 3+ years of paid social experience within an agency or DTC e-commerce environment. - Advanced understanding of paid social strategy, customer acquisition, creative testing methodologies, and full-funnel growth planning. - Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect marketing performance to wider business objectives and growth outcomes. - Proven experience developing account strategies that improve customer acquisition efficiency, increase revenue, and drive sustainable growth. - Advanced analytical capabilities, with confidence using Triple Whale, Shopify, GA4, Meta, and TikTok reporting environments. - Excellent client-facing communication skills. - Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting the development of junior team members. - Strong project management and organisational skills. - Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable taking ownership of performance outcomes. - Passionate about growth marketing, innovation, and helping both clients and colleagues achieve success. Requirements - Deliver profitable growth for DTC brands through effective paid social campaign execution, optimisation, and performance analysis across Meta and TikTok. - Monitor key growth metrics including ROAS, CAC, MER, NC-ROAS, and customer acquisition efficiency. - Identify underperforming areas quickly and develop recovery plans. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve account performance through testing, optimisation, and strategic recommendations. - Act as the primary day-to-day strategic contact for assigned clients. - Lead performance reviews, planning sessions, and strategy discussions. - Support the development of Paid Social Managers through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
