Role Description As a Paid Social Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing, managing, and optimising paid social campaigns across a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands. - Deliver profitable growth for DTC brands through effective paid social campaign execution, optimisation, and performance analysis across Meta and TikTok. - Work closely with Senior Paid Social Managers and Growth Executives to ensure campaigns are delivering against performance targets. - Identify opportunities to improve results continuously. - Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid social campaigns. - Monitor account performance daily, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, increase scale, and maintain profitability. - Execute full-funnel campaign strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and retention activity. - Support the scaling of successful campaigns by identifying opportunities to increase spend while maintaining key performance metrics. Qualifications - 2+ years of hands-on paid social experience within an agency or DTC e-commerce environment. - Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. - Solid understanding of campaign structure, audience strategy, creative testing frameworks, and performance optimisation principles. - Comfortable analysing data across Triple Whale, Shopify, GA4, and platform reporting tools. - Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and understanding of core metrics driving e-commerce growth. - Able to communicate performance insights clearly and confidently. - Highly organised with strong attention to detail. - Proactive, solutions-focused, and motivated by continuous improvement and learning. - Collaborative team player who contributes positively to team culture. - Passionate about performance marketing and e-commerce growth. Role Description Logic of English is a growing educational publisher. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Social Media Specialist to join our highly collaborative remote and hybrid team who can manage content creation, community engagement, and influencer coordination across all channels. Because our organization communicates sensitive and educational topics, the ideal candidate will be warm, curious, accurate, and steady in their approach. They should appreciate trends yet apply them cautiously, keeping clarity and welcoming communication as priorities. They do not need prior knowledge of our curriculum or the science of reading, but they must be willing to learn these concepts over time. This individual will be responsible for taking the overarching marketing strategy provided by the Marketing Team Lead and translating it into platform-appropriate content. They will manage daily posting, community engagement, trend monitoring, and social analytics. Over time, they will grow from content executor to content collaborator, contributing ideas and recommending process improvements based on performance insights. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in social media management, who is teachable and curious, as well as trustworthy and responsible to handle the nuances of our mission with care and consistency.
