• Build products that scale and win in an AI-first development environment • Write code in Python or PHP • Have ownership of systems, make key technical decisions and lead feature development • Leverage AI coding (Cursor, Claude, Codex, etc.) with MCP tooling • Define technical work in specification review to proactively assess feasibility, technical trade-offs, and project complexity • Collaborate with design and product team members
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in system architecture, design patterns, and high-level programming proficiency in either Python or PHP
- Senior-level contributor with end-to-end accountability for features and deliverables
- Experience with AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Codex, etc.) and modern AI infrastructure or agentic concepts (MCP, etc.)
- Can balance rapid MVP shipping with clean, organized, and reusable code standards
- Self-motivated, independent problem solver
- Experience with AI observability and orchestration tools (e.g., LangSmith, LogFire, Arize, OpenLIT) is a plus
- Experience with AI agent frameworks (e.g., PydanticAI, CrewAI, SmolAgents) is a plus
- Track record of building, monitoring, or deploying AI agents in production environments is a plus.
