• Gather partner requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized product solutions. • Drive end-to-end project management for partner-related initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and expectations are exceeded. • Provide technical guidance and expertise to partners, ensuring they fully understand and utilize our product offerings. • Lead partner meetings, deliver progress updates, and maintain accountability for project success. • Monitor partner satisfaction and identify opportunities for further collaboration or improvement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, account management, or a similar role working directly with customers or partners.
- Strong product knowledge and/or technical abilities to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- A natural leader who takes accountability and drives results with enthusiasm and precision.
- Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; additional certifications or technical training is a plus.

• Manage overall relationships with assigned end-users, including increasing adoption and ensuring retention and satisfaction. • Provide project leadership for customers' major FireMon programs. • Collaborate cross-functionally with FireMon teams. • Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the FireMon product line. • Provide hands-on support to customers for system health checks, user and device management, troubleshooting, upgrades, and monitoring activities. • Manage multiple customer engagements, balancing priorities and driving resolution across requests. • Share insights and constructive feedback with internal teams to help improve products and customer experiences.
