• Gather partner requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized product solutions. • Drive end-to-end project management for partner-related initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and expectations are exceeded. • Provide technical guidance and expertise to partners, ensuring they fully understand and utilize our product offerings. • Lead partner meetings, deliver progress updates, and maintain accountability for project success. • Monitor partner satisfaction and identify opportunities for further collaboration or improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, account management, or a similar role working directly with customers or partners.
  • Strong product knowledge and/or technical abilities to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • A natural leader who takes accountability and drives results with enthusiasm and precision.
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; additional certifications or technical training is a plus.
