Role Description The Digital Media Buyer is responsible for the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and programmatic digital channels (Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent). This is a hands-on, execution-focused role requiring a candidate who is both analytically driven and creatively aware. The ideal candidate can interpret performance data and translate it into decisive action, while also evaluating creative assets to understand what is and is not driving results. Key Responsibilities: - Launch new campaigns, ad sets, and ad variants across our brands on a daily cadence. - Run structured creative tests (hook, angle, format, audience) and document what wins. - Monitor pacing, CPA, ROAS, frequency, and funnel-stage performance throughout the day and reallocate budget without waiting to be asked. - Partner with the Marketing Director and creative team to brief new ads, flag creative fatigue, and request iterations before performance slips. - Maintain naming conventions, tracking parameters, and account hygiene so reporting stays trustworthy. - Maintain dashboards (Looker Studio, Sheets, internal reporting tools) that show what is working and why. - Surface insights weekly: what scaled, what got cut, what we are testing next, and what the numbers are telling us about audience and messaging.
