RapDev
• Develop quality software and web applications • Analyze and maintain existing software applications • Design highly scalable, testable code • Discover and fix programming bugs • 3rd party integration development (REST, SOAP, mid servers, etc) • Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL’s, UI scripts • Work independently with customers on implementations and remote services • Troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues • Attend requirements review and validation sessions as needed • Participate in SCRUM calls • Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills • Stay on time and on task with assigned customer work
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Proficient in scripting and integrations on ServiceNow
- Experience leading ITOM implementations
- Experience in Cloud-Native implementations of Discovery, ServiceMapping, AIOps
- Experience/willingness working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-Learner and eager to understand new technologies
