• Review upcoming renewals and validate contract details, including renewal dates, products, pricing, and renewal terms. • Ensure that CRM and contract records are accurate and complete. • Execute initial outreach for renewing customers using established communication templates. • Manage renewal notices and track customer responses. • Prepare renewal quotes, amendments, and related contract documentation in partnership with Account Managers. • Maintain renewal opportunity data, forecast dates, and pipeline status updates.

• Serves as a moderator and/or producer for webinars and virtual conferences • Executes annual content reviews and curriculum updates • Authors or sources additional content for assigned projects • Assists in content review for DMEC publications and webinars • Participates in testing and quality assurance for pulse surveys • Serves as the primary point of contact for learner questions • Assists with the development and implementation of DMEC’s training courses

Role Description The Services Resource Planning Manager – Remote position is instrumental to the Enterprise Imaging business achieving revenue and customer satisfaction objectives. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within Canada (except for the Saskatchewan province) as you take on some tough challenges. - Overseeing the allocation and management of resources within the organization to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity. - Coordinating with various leaders to understand their resource needs, developing strategies to address resource shortages, and implementing solutions to enhance operational effectiveness. - Developing process improvements to support project scheduling and resource assignment. - Supporting and maintaining the internal tools used for Project Management and Resource Management. - Coordinating with Services managers to assess resource needs and allocate resources accordingly. - Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure efficient resource utilization. - Analyzing operational constraints and developing solutions to address them. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in the medical IT field and/or equivalent experience with resource management. - 3+ years of experience in Health Care services and Hospital department-level operations – specifically Medical Imaging. - Proven experience in resource management or a related field. - Proven solid problem-solving and analytical skills. - Proven excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Benefits - Canada Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Canada residents is $66,200 to $137,400 annually/per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.

• Directly manage a team of analysts, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, career development, and day-to-day coaching • Manage capacity, work prioritization, and timelines to meet project timelines • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and reliability of labeling operations • Develop rubrics and ground truth labeled data supporting AI model development, insights mining, and continuous improvement • Ensure consistent application of rubrics through regular secondary reviews proactively addressing gaps while recognizing and developing high performers • Partner with the AI and Data Science team to align labeling methodology with model development requirements while communicating progress, risks, and meaningful observations in the data • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to customers and cross-functional partners in Data Science, Prompt Engineering, Product, and Client success related to our model development operating procedures • Develop and maintain expert level knowledge in how labeled conversational data connects to model development and outcomes • Serves as an escalation point collaborating with internal teams (Support, Product, Engineering, CS) to address any customer issues, ensuring swift and efficient resolution • Drive innovation and cast a vision for how we evolve our rubric design, labeling methodology, and insights mining and delivery • Foster a culture of continuous improvement with strong performance, consistency, engagement
