• Assist in managing, configuring, and optimizing core business systems (including CRM, BI, and automation platforms) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. • Partner with team members to maintain clear process flows, map data models, and assist in drafting Business Requirements Specifications (BRS). • Actively leverage modern AI tools (e.g ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) for "vibe coding"—building lightweight automations, writing simple scripts, and streamlining repetitive internal tasks. • Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders to help resolve system issues, troubleshoot errors, and fulfill data requests. • Run regular audits, maintain clean records, and build basic dashboards to ensure accurate reporting across all platforms.
Job Requirements
- 0.5–2 years of experience in operations, systems administration, business analysis, or a related technical field (relevant internship experience is fully welcome).
- A foundational understanding of CRMs, automation tools (like Zapier or Make), or basic data analysis workflows.
- A strong interest in the future of tech, with a habit of experimenting with AI-assisted development tools to solve practical problems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a natural ability to break down complex processes into clear, logical, and structured steps.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members clearly.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a remote environment and a hunger to proactively learn new software and frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Equivalent practical experience or a strong portfolio of self-built tech projects is equally welcome.
- Foundational understanding of databases, spreadsheets, automation tools and basic programming concepts (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript), gained through coursework, internships, projects, or self-learning.
- Demonstrated history of self-directed learning—whether through online courses, building side projects, or experimenting with new software utilities.
- Basic certifications or structured training in CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) or automation platforms (Zapier, Make).
