• Identificar, contactar y vincular instituciones de salud (hospitales, clínicas, hogares de cuidado). • Educar a clientes potenciales sobre la plataforma y sus beneficios. • Impulsar el proceso de onboarding y activación en el marketplace. • Realizar alcance mediante llamadas, correos electrónicos y otros canales de comunicación. • Construir relaciones con tomadores de decisiones en organizaciones de salud. • Dar seguimiento constante a prospectos para avanzar en el proceso de activación. • Mantener registros precisos de contactos y avances en herramientas CRM. • Colaborar con equipos internos para garantizar un onboarding exitoso. • Cumplir y superar KPIs de actividad y desempeño (llamadas, activaciones, seguimientos).

Job Requirements

  • 2–3 años de experiencia relevante (flexible a 1.5+ años para candidatos fuertes).
  • Experiencia en venta de SaaS ( Obligatorio ).
  • Experiencia comprobada en ventas B2B , reclutamiento de instituciones o ventas en salud .
  • Experiencia previa interactuando con instituciones de salud o similares (preferible).
  • Conocimiento sólido de procesos de ventas , generación de leads y seguimientos.
  • Manejo de herramientas CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Instantly AI, etc.).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y mantener productividad en un entorno estructurado.
