Especialista en Ventas B2B – SaaS

• Identify, contact, and manage healthcare institutions (hospitals, clinics, nursing homes) • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other channels • Present and position the platform’s value proposition (SaaS solution) • Drive onboarding and activation of new accounts in the marketplace • Build relationships with key decision-makers • Qualify leads and manage the sales/activation pipeline • Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM tools • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementations • Perform consistent follow-ups to move opportunities through the funnel • Meet and exceed KPIs (calls, conversions, activations, follow-ups)

Job Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience (flexible to 1.5 years for strong candidates)
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, healthcare, or facility recruiting
  • Experience engaging with decision-makers and delivering sales pitches
  • Knowledge of prospecting, lead generation, and sales follow-up
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly AI, or similar)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong resilience, persistence, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
