Finance Administrator Trainee
Touch Support, Inc. & SNF Back Office
• Prepare and submit all billing and invoicing • Input accounting data into the accounting system • Prepare and reconcile bank deposits • Record AP and AR transactions and cash posting • Maintain precise records of all incoming payments • Verify validity of account discrepancies • Research, negotiate, and reconcile chargeback and third-party claims • Review and entry of financial documentation • Review of bank and credit card transactions • Process business expenses • Manage day-to-day transactions • Liaise with customers and vendors • Close invoices • Perform additional job-related tasks
Job Requirements
- Proficient and confident with the English language (B2, C1, C2)
- Basic computer skills and capability of comprehending new software
- Eye for detail and thorough in documentation review
- Highly organized with prioritization and multitasking abilities

Role Description Duke University Health System is seeking a strategic financial leader to serve as the Director of Finance – Strategic Financial Planning and Budget. Reporting directly to the AVP of Budgets, Treasury, and Cash Management, this critical role is responsible for the clinical operational and capital budgeting, as well as the overarching financial planning for DUHS. The Director will establish and oversee budgeting and planning processes that culminate in the publication of the Annual Financial Plan. By actively coordinating with operating unit leadership and DUHS senior executives, this position aims to increase the speed, consistency, and effectiveness of management’s financial decision-making.
