Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Dash Lead Management experience that helps businesses capture, manage, and convert leads. This includes how clients work leads in Dash and how AI-powered agents support them behind the scenes. You will serve as the lead product manager for Dash Lead Management, working closely with the product leader responsible for Dash reporting and with the broader Dash product team. This role reports to the Senior Director of Product Management. Key Responsibilities - Dash Lead Management Owner - Own the product vision and roadmap for the Dash experience where clients manage and follow up with leads: SMS Agent, Voice Agent, scheduling, lead activity and conversations, and surrounding lead-management workflows. - Be accountable for outcomes in this area while partnering with teams that own lead acquisition, CRM integrations, and reporting. - Ensure Dash Lead Management and Dash reporting work together as a cohesive product experience. - Discovery, requirements, and product definition - Lead product discovery for your area: frame problems, gather inputs from customers and internal stakeholders, review data and feedback, and validate that planned solutions address the right issues. - Turn ambiguous inputs into clear problem statements, product briefs, user flows, requirements, and edge cases that engineering and design can execute against. - Own the overall requirements for your area, while collaborating with other product team members on detailed specifications and keeping work clear, aligned, and actionable. - Planning and execution - Partner with the Senior Director of Product on quarterly planning for your domain: clarify priorities, sequence initiatives, and work with Engineering on scope, dependencies, and delivery dates. - Maintain a clear view of roadmap, timelines, risks, and trade-offs; proactively surface options and recommendations when things change. - Drive day-to-day execution with Engineering and Design so your area moves forward with clarity and accountability. - AI agents and lead insights - Lead the product strategy for AI-powered agents (SMS, voice, scheduling), defining how they support lead response, qualification, and conversion. - Work with engineering to shape agent behavior and conversation flows, providing clear requirements and examples. - Define and refine AI-driven lead insights so Dash can summarize, categorize, and prioritize leads in ways users can act on. - Cross-functional leadership and go-to-market - Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to define positioning, value propositions, and launch plans for new lead-management and agent capabilities. - Own product briefs and launch readiness for your area, including what is changing, who it is for, how it works, and how success will be measured. - Join key customer and prospect conversations to represent the Dash roadmap for lead management, agents, and insights. - Metrics and collaboration - Define and own the KPIs for your domain and review them regularly with stakeholders. - Bring insights, recommendations, and status updates for your area into business reviews and strategy discussions. - Work closely with other product team members contributing to Dash Lead Management, helping create clarity and alignment across the domain. Qualifications - 7–10+ years of product management experience shipping complex, customer-facing SaaS products. - Experience acting as the day-to-day product lead for a cross-functional area. - Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered agents or automation in an enterprise product, not just prototypes. - Experience in advertising or marketing technology, with a solid understanding of lead generation and lead-management concepts. - Experience working with CRM or lead-management platforms. - Proven ability to lead discovery, define requirements, and drive product definition in ambiguous problem spaces. - Proven ability to lead quarterly planning and road mapping, including defining priorities, sequencing work, and making trade-offs across multiple teams. - Strong product sense and UI/UX taste, with a track record of working closely with design on high-usage web applications. - You are a product leader first — comfortable working deeply with engineering and design to build and ship software — with marketing and lead-management experience layered on top. Nice-to-have experience - Experience with voice/SMS products or contact-center tools. - Familiarity with integrating third-party platforms into a cohesive product experience. Compensation The annualized base salary for this role will range between $125,000 and $150,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience.
