• Drive execution across Token Factory’s highest-priority initiatives, including product launches, GTM programs, strategic partnerships, and organizational priorities • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Developer Relations, and leadership teams to align priorities and keep cross-functional programs moving with speed • Turn ambiguous goals into structured execution plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and clear decision points • Build lightweight operating mechanisms that help the organization scale, including dashboards, QBRs, executive reviews, planning processes, and decision frameworks • Translate technical, business, and organizational complexity into concise recommendations and executive-ready communication • Identify risks, remove blockers, and create alignment across teams to accelerate execution • Drive the operational details that make high-impact initiatives successful — from running reviews and documenting decisions to ensuring teams follow through and deliver

Job Requirements

  • Have 5–10+ years of experience in strategy, program management, operations, consulting, chief of staff, product operations, or related roles
  • Can take loosely defined problems and independently create structure, priorities, and execution plans
  • Have experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Are highly organized and comfortable managing several workstreams simultaneously
  • Write clearly and can distill complex technical or organizational topics into concise, decision-ready documents
  • Are execution-oriented and willing to operate at every level, from strategic planning to tactical follow-through
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Have experience working with technical products, AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or enterprise software
