Business Operations Specialist
VivSoft
• Support organizational effectiveness by managing strategic and operational planning, business processes, and internal operations. • Coordinate policies and enhance stakeholder communication. • Track performance metrics and produce executive-level reports. • Manage tasking, information flow, and operational activities, including facility and space management. • Develop and maintain effective communication channels for stakeholders. • Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate organizational goals and performance metrics. • Forecast progress and provide reports on organizational performance. • Ensure accurate and timely communication of business operations information.
Job Requirements
- Must possess an active public trust clearance
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field is required
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of business operations and process management
- Experience in strategic planning, performance tracking, and reporting
- Ability to develop and manage stakeholder communications
- Proficiency in data analysis and executive reporting
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and coordination abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
