Role Description As an Order Management Analyst, you will help to develop, execute, and monitor Order Management activities for the Central America and Caribbean Accounts. Your work primarily includes: - Complete order processing - Order tracking - Any international trade operations required to deliver orders B2B/B2C Additional responsibilities include: - Project development - Process flow improvement - Informational analysis - Critical thinking to communicate with multiple teams and grow the business What You Will Do - OTC (order to cash) order processing - Price maintenance in orders - Provide ETA’s and order-related info to customers - Provide Territory Managers with Sales order Confirmation and feedback status - Follow through with Freight Forwarder/Client Coordination - Send documentation to customers to solve claim issues - Communication with the internal Supply Chain to provide updated information to customers - Maintaining business systems to ensure accuracy and reliability - Develop new tools for order process improvement - Use internal IT systems (Example: Dealer Portal) to process and track customer sales orders - KPI for the position: fill rate, orders on time, Claims / RMA management, and Cancelation Orders Rate Qualifications - 1 - 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Order Management - English: Intermediate, written, conversational, and reading - At a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in international commerce, administration, engineering, or another related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas for information analysis) - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish - Detail oriented - Strong organizational skills - Ability to Learn and Develop Skills Bonus Points if You Have - Experience working with CA and Caribe retail distributors - Experience in SAP, Power BI, and business intelligence tools - Integrity - Innovation - Inclusion - Teamwork & Respect - Excellence - Leadership - Change Orientation - Collaboration - Judgment - Result Driven What Makes You Eligible - Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment - This position requires the use of a HARMAN or customer-owned vehicle. Role Description The Associate Sales Representative manages a defined territory in the Dallas, TX area by establishing and growing healthcare provider relationships while executing day-to-day territory responsibilities. This hands-on, field-based role combines account development, territory planning, order management, and patient support. You will guide orders from referrals through insurance approval, delivery, and onboarding, working closely with the Territory Manager and internal teams. This is a full-time position with Monday through Friday hours.
