Internas
• Design, develop, and implement AI agents focused on security solutions using leading frameworks and industry tools; • Integrate and operationalize large language models (LLMs) and knowledge bases, automating and optimizing critical processes using Python and modern APIs; • Evaluate and recommend GenAI platform alternatives (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI) for building custom intelligent agents, considering scalability and security factors; • Implement and consult on vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, ChromaDB) to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of information; • Document developed solutions clearly to promote technical knowledge sharing across teams; • Act as an AI advocate, delivering trainings, talks, and sharing AI security best practices with other development teams; • Collaborate with multidisciplinary squads to propose and implement innovative solutions aligned with business needs and security culture; • Automate deployment and monitoring processes for agents and models in cloud environments using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
Job Requirements
- Experience developing agents on GenAI platforms;
- Integration and use of various LLMs;
- Knowledge and experience with agentic authorization and authentication (Agentic Authorization/Authentication);
- Development of custom integrations, plugins, or intelligent observability solutions;
- Familiarity with platforms such as AWS Bedrock;
- Excellent communication and pedagogical skills to convey technical knowledge in an accessible and collaborative manner;
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively with a strong problem-solving orientation;
- System-wide perspective and focus on innovation, staying current with trends and best practices in AI and security;
- Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary environments and foster a culture of continuous learning.

What You'll Do: - Deliver Custom Workflow Solutions: Complete all post-sales custom workflow requests within two weeks of submission, creating scalable, objective solutions for legal drafting and analysis that drive immediate client value. - Drive AI Adoption and Implementation: Work directly with internal and external Eve users to scope, create, and implement customized workflows that meet specific customer needs while maintaining objectivity and avoiding unauthorized practice of law. - Establish Success Metrics: Develop and implement comprehensive KPIs and metrics for product adoption and custom solutions. • Own the alignment and interpretability research agenda for security-domain AI • Set priorities, personally lead the hardest open problems, and develop methods that explain model behavior mechanistically: not just what models do, but why, and what that implies at the edges of their training distribution • Build and apply techniques for detecting offensive-misuse signal in model internals, including probing for latent representations of vulnerability knowledge, circuit analysis to understand how security-relevant capabilities are encoded, and activation analysis to surface risk that behavioral testing alone would miss • Work closely with the adversarial evaluation team to close the loop between what they find in testing and what you find in the weights • Develop alignment methodology for security-domain AI and own the evaluation framework that makes it measurable • Contribute original research through publications and external engagement • Recruit, develop, and retain a lean team of research scientists
