What You'll Do: - Deliver Custom Workflow Solutions: Complete all post-sales custom workflow requests within two weeks of submission, creating scalable, objective solutions for legal drafting and analysis that drive immediate client value. - Drive AI Adoption and Implementation: Work directly with internal and external Eve users to scope, create, and implement customized workflows that meet specific customer needs while maintaining objectivity and avoiding unauthorized practice of law. - Establish Success Metrics: Develop and implement comprehensive KPIs and metrics for product adoption and custom solutions. Create immediate baselines of success based on current usage trends and available data to define and measure law firm outcomes. - Build Scalable Systems: Develop and implement a transparent accountability system for all workflow requests, ensuring repeatable, scalable success as Eve grows. Create an internal repository of playbooks and workflows that can be deployed across customers without impropriety. - Inform Product Strategy: Provide critical feedback loops to product and GTM teams based on customer workflow needs, directly informing roadmap decisions and product development priorities. - Demonstrate Business Impact: Partner with Customer Success Managers to create world-class quarterly business review (QBR) decks featuring AI usage data, and publish routine AI value reports (EBRs) for internal stakeholders that demonstrate measurable ROI and positional value. - Maintain Quality Standards: Create and maintain scalable, internal workflows grounded in objectivity that neutralize assumption, imprecision, and legal ethics concerns, ensuring all custom solutions meet rigorous standards before deployment. What We're Looking For: - Legal Expertise: JD or 5+ years of substantive legal experience required. Deep understanding of legal workflows, practice areas, and the ethical boundaries of legal practice. - AI and Legal Tech Experience: Proven experience with AI implementation and/or legal technology solutions. Ability to translate technical capabilities into practical legal applications. - Exceptional Critical Thinking: Outstanding active listening skills combined with exceptional problem-solving and logical thinking abilities. • Lead a multidisciplinary team developing mobile applications. • Ensure delivery of requests, acting as the bridge between business, product, technical areas, and the development team. • Ensure performance indicators are measured and monitored with an AI-agent-driven development focus. • Lead the SuperApp redesign team using AI-agent-driven development. Focus on people management, demand roadmap, risks and outstanding issues.

• Execute against high-priority tooling and automation initiatives. • Build and iterate on workflows, integrations, and automations. • Support and improve systems across multiple tools. • Troubleshoot issues and improve system reliability. • Contribute to ongoing improvements in systems connections and operations.

• Own the alignment and interpretability research agenda for security-domain AI • Set priorities, personally lead the hardest open problems, and develop methods that explain model behavior mechanistically: not just what models do, but why, and what that implies at the edges of their training distribution • Build and apply techniques for detecting offensive-misuse signal in model internals, including probing for latent representations of vulnerability knowledge, circuit analysis to understand how security-relevant capabilities are encoded, and activation analysis to surface risk that behavioral testing alone would miss • Work closely with the adversarial evaluation team to close the loop between what they find in testing and what you find in the weights • Develop alignment methodology for security-domain AI and own the evaluation framework that makes it measurable • Contribute original research through publications and external engagement • Recruit, develop, and retain a lean team of research scientists
