Role Description - Develop and improve both new and existing CLaws design as well the corresponding assessment tools using Matlab and C++ programming - Support CLaws, autopilot, and navigation design development for R&D projects - Develop CLaws and systems requirements - Perform CLaws requirements validation and verification (V&V) for any Claws updates and/or new Claws designs - Verify and deliver the CLaws in accordance with the DO‑178B standard and SAE ARP 4754 - Design and develop pilot in the loop CLaws based on handling quality requirements, flight and structural envelope protection requirements, performance requirements, test pilot assessments and aircraft level requirements - Evaluate CLaws and FBW system failures, system stability and performance with analytical methods, desktop simulations, pilot in the loop simulator tests and flight test data - Support integration of CLAWS into various test rigs and supplier hardware (i.e. integrate into PFCC for Collins, Thales, NRC, CMC, etc) Qualifications - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering; PhD degree preferred - Minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience in the development of Flight Control Laws for FBW (Fly‑By‑Wire) aircraft - Versed in aircraft flight dynamics with an in-depth understanding of aerodynamics - Familiar with "classical" and “modern” control systems design techniques for SISO and MIMO systems - Good understanding of control law evaluation techniques, linear and non‑linear testing procedures - Good understanding of aircraft stability, handling qualities, and control with a pilot‑in‑the‑loop - Good understanding of DO‑178B standards, system requirements verification and validation methods, and certification of complex software - Proficient in using Matlab and Simulink as a simulation, aircraft/system modeling and control law development tool - Good understanding of state estimation or Kalman filtering - Proficient in programming Matlab scripts and C++ programming - Fluent in written and spoken French and English - Team player with an innovative spirit, motivated and able to work independently Requirements - Flight Control Laws (CLaws) development experience for FBW aircraft - Strong expertise in aircraft flight dynamics, aerodynamics, and handling qualities - Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and C++ programming - Experience with control systems design (Classical, Modern, SISO/MIMO) and V&V activities - Knowledge of DO-178B, SAE ARP4754, and aerospace software certification standards Apply Send CV to vishal.rami@sapsol.com or DM directly.

• The primary role of the Fire Alarm Designer is to design fire alarm systems for Johnson Controls projects. • Acting as a design lead on large complex multi-faceted projects and directing other members of the design team supporting these projects • Organizes and plans own workload, helps to direct workload of less experienced design team members, and additionally works with other design teams when required. • Facilitates reviews of initial designs of medium complexity to provide value engineered/code compliant solutions where required. • Coordinates with CAD Support Technicians to prepare fully detailed technical submissions with complete detailed schematics and drawings to meet design criteria. • Oversees CAD Support Technicians in the preparation of project submissions for medium complexity systems including: system operation, drawings, and calculations. • Completes detailed calculations to verify system design meets code and standard requirements. • Participates in pre/post project design meeting and attends customer/site coordination meetings, as applicable. • Develops bill of materials to facilitate construction. • Examines completed submissions in conjunction with CAD Support Technician for equipment application, equipment compatibility, and compliance with specifications and scope. • Provides support to Project Managers when orders have been received to assist in maintaining and/or improving project margins.

Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, they are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Designer to join their remote team. Duties & Responsibilities - Working closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to produce high-quality M&E designs and technical drawings from concept through to construction stage. - Delivering coordinated building services designs while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Key Responsibilities - Produce detailed Mechanical and Electrical design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP. - Develop coordinated building services layouts for a variety of projects. - Assist with HVAC, ventilation, heating, cooling, lighting, power, and public health designs. - Prepare technical documentation, schedules, specifications, and supporting calculations. - Ensure designs comply with current UK Building Regulations, British Standards, and CIBSE guidance. - Coordinate designs with architectural and structural teams. - Participate in project meetings and client discussions remotely. - Review project information and incorporate design changes as required. - Support project delivery from initial concept through to completion. Qualifications - Previous experience within Mechanical & Electrical or Building Services Design. - Proficiency in AutoCAD. - Experience using Revit MEP and BIM workflows. - Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and building services standards. - Experience producing technical drawings and design documentation. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a remote team environment. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements - HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline. - Experience with design software such as IES, Hevacomp, Amtech, Dialux, or Relux. - Knowledge of sustainable and low-carbon technologies. - Membership of CIBSE, IET, or progress towards professional accreditation.
