Field Sales Estimator
Technical Safety Services
• Develops and maintains strategic customer relationships by proactively engaging with existing customers and new prospects to consistently achieve sales and TSS business goals • Identifies new opportunities: increasing the footprint of business and solutions with assigned customers, ensuring an attractive and sizeable qualified pipeline and high closing ratio • Work closely with hospitals, mechanical contractors and/or contractors, and field sales teams to assess project scope and gather required technical information • Visit job sites to perform field evaluations, take measurements, and assess infrastructure conditions relevant to medical gas systems • Review blueprints, specifications, and hospital compliance requirements to create accurate and competitive estimates • Recommend appropriate medical gas equipment and services based on NFPA 99 standards, facility needs, and project constraints • Prepare detailed proposals and quotes, ensuring all technical, regulatory, and safety considerations are addressed • Actively cultivate relationships with new and existing customers, including hospital administrators, facility managers, and project engineers • Maintain a consistent presence in your assigned territory, prospecting new business and supporting current clients • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, project management, and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff and project execution • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track project opportunities, and support forecasting efforts
Job Requirements
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Environmental Facilities Management, or other related field
- A master’s degree is a plus
- Requires 5+ years of experience in a sales role independently sourcing and managing a book of business
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar Customer Relations Management (CRM) system to document productivity, report pipeline expectations, and uncover opportunities
- A combination of education, training and related experience may meet requirements.

Qualifications - Diploma in Technical or any Science-related course. - At least 1-year proven experience in technical sales. - Basic understanding of IKA processing technology, products and applications. - Good knowledge of North African manufacturing industry. - Strong negotiation and communication skills - English language (spoken and written a must), Knowledge of French will be an added advantage. - Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory. - Ability to work independently with limited supervision. - Aggressive, highly motivated and outgoing personality. - Reliable, respectful and professional demeanor – high emphasis on integrity and accountability. - Quick learner with a strong desire for knowledge. - Identification with the IKA brand – experience with multinational company a plus. - Holder of valid driving license and own car desirable.
