Job Description

Performance Marketing Specialist

Big Ideas Social Media, Inc.

• Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Google and Meta. • Support third-party delivery platforms and manage campaign quality assurance, tracking, and budget pacing. • Handle weekly performance reporting, basic local SEO, and pricing and competitor analysis. • Construct and update daily paid media campaigns across approved acquisition channels. • Set up specific ad groups, targeting keywords, custom audience criteria, tactical placements, conversion goals, strict UTM parameters, and trackable vanity links using approved campaign briefs. • Review channel performance daily and weekly to maintain optimal spend pacing. • Audit core performance trends including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, CPM, revenue, and absolute conversion variations. • Recommend bid shifts, targeting modifications, or asset refreshes while organizing A/B testing frameworks for ad copies. • Maintain standardized campaign naming conventions, launch-ready QA checklists, change logs, and generate weekly performance insights for the Head of Marketing. • Configure and track approved marketplace promotions, local sponsored listings, and localized ad campaigns across third-party networks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with studies in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
  • At least 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, specifically driving growth for a multi-location, national restaurant brand or similar high-volume retail/service sector, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
  • Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience managing real paid media campaigns, not only boosted posts.
  • Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, CPM, retargeting, A/B testing, and funnel performance.
  • Comfortable working with Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with GA4 or similar analytics tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with campaign setup, QA, naming conventions, and tracking links.
  • Able to follow SOPs, campaign briefs, and reporting templates.
  • Proactive in flagging issues, asking questions, and recommending improvements.
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours / Philippines graveyard shift.
  • Strong written English and professional communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for research (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) and execution.
  • Must possess a strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new platforms and evolving market conditions.
  • Strong knowledge of business English, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Willing to take a practical test to gauge skill levels.
