Role Description We're looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional to help build and scale a new growth channel for our business. This is a true builder role - you'll create opportunities from the ground up by prospecting, generating pipeline, closing new business, and managing customer relationships. - Introduce our free visualizer to independent furniture dealers through heavy outbound phone outreach, turning cold calls into active network members. - Manage the entire relationship lifecycle, handling everything from the first call through onboarding and long-term engagement. - Figure out creative, scalable ways to get these companies on board faster, rather than just relying on one-by-one outreach. - Spend time with our existing team to learn the plays that worked for them, and adapt those motions for the furniture space. - Work closely with marketing to refine our messaging and build better enablement materials based on real market feedback. - Act as the ultimate feedback loop for our product and sales teams, translating your daily conversations into clear insights on the true "voice of the furniture dealer." Qualifications - Solid background in outbound sales, account management, or market expansion, with a proven comfort level in high-volume cold calling. - A "founder" mentality—you like the idea of working in an early-stage environment where you help build the process as you go. - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. - Adaptability and a natural curiosity to learn a new industry. Experience in furniture retail or manufacturing is a great bonus, but not a dealbreaker. Requirements - You are a self-starter who doesn't need a pre-written playbook to get to work. - You enjoy ambiguity and solving new problems. - You have real grit and are completely at home with cold outreach. - You have a high level of practical common sense and can build relationships quickly. - You are highly communicative and can synthesize what you hear on the ground into actionable advice for our internal teams. - You possess a deep sense of professional curiosity. Benefits - Remote-first company that encourages employees to work from where they're most productive. - Tight-knit teams to cultivate an ownership mentality. - Parental leave program. - Work-from-home stipend. - Your birthday (and our company's birthday) is a day off! - Work anywhere in the world for up to 3 months! Company Description At Leap Tools, we are building the world's most advanced solutions for the interior décor industry. With customers in 80+ countries, our clientele includes Fortune 500 companies such as Home Depot, local retailers such as Alexanian's, and everything in between. We have been recognized as one of the fastest-growing tech companies by Deloitte for multiple years in a row, and we are looking for ambitious challenge-seekers to fuel our momentum and help us create an iconic global tech company.
