Role Description This is a fully remote position, only applicable to candidates based in Spain. We're looking for a (Senior) Learning Designer who believes, genuinely, methodologically, that language is acquired, not studied. You'll work alongside the Head of Learning Design, Product, Engineering, and Growth to build the courses, activities, and learning resources that will take us to the next level. This is a creative, hands-on role. You'll be turning your teaching expertise into immersive Spanish lessons in the app that encapsulate complex linguistic rules into engaging, real-life scenarios, ensuring that language unfolds at a logical, effective pace, and it's presented following the principles of second language acquisition and Comprehensible Input.
