Role Description We are seeking an autonomous, high-energy Senior Technical Trainer to join our Enablement team. In this role, you will be the face of Unqork Academy, taking complex, abstract architectural concepts making them highly digestible, and continuously pivoting your delivery based on real-time learner data and coaching feedback. You will independently own and deliver world-class technical workshops to a diverse ecosystem of enterprise customers, global strategic partners (GSIs), and internal employees—turning them into certified Unqork Creators. The Impact U will make: - Dynamic Facilitation: Lead highly engaging, instructor-led technical workshops, bootcamps, and certification prep for customers, global partners, and internal teams that utilize active learning strategies and continuous formative assessments to verify learner understanding before advancing. Mostly remote with some in-person delivery. - Curriculum Design Support: Actively collaborate as a strategic partner with the internal instructional design team, providing structured, actionable feedback from the field (e.g., sticking points, content gaps, curriculum efficacy) to drive continuous improvement. - Be a Platform Expert: Develop a deep, structural understanding of Unqork's platform to confidently field complex technical questions around data orchestration, workflows, and integrations on the fly. - Drive Partner Scale: Enable our systems integrators ensuring their technical teams have the practical capability to build and deploy scalable enterprise solutions on Unqork. - Measure & Optimize: Collect data and feedback from training cohorts to continuously elevate the effectiveness of the Unqork Academy experience. • The Training Specialist supports the Learning & Development (L&D) function by maintaining, optimizing, and governing training content hosted on SharePoint and related learning platforms. • This role partners closely with L&D team members and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training materials are accurate, current, well organized, and accessible. • In addition, this role will support platform (ie SharePoint) optimization. • The Training Specialist supports training development, coordination, and administrative execution activities that enable effective onboarding and ongoing role based learning, inclusive of technical knowhow in Sharepoint or other platform refinement and development.

• Partner with functional SMEs to assess training needs, design and develop appropriate content, and deliver effective learning solutions. • Lead coordination and delivery of new hire role specific onboarding for Precision for Medicine, including scheduling and tracking as applicable. • Design and deliver instructor‑led, virtual, and e‑learning training programs aligned with adult learning principles. • Serve as first‑line triage for training requests and provide guidance on existing tools, templates, and materials. • Manage and support learning platforms and systems used by the L&D function. • Maintain accurate training documentation, records, and reporting in accordance with regulatory expectations. • Collaborate with functional leadership to establish and maintain role‑based curricula by function, including documented annual reviews of curricula and training hour requirements, with updates completed as regulations, organizational needs, or role expectations evolve.
