Role Description Transcribe and optimize audio and video content in Spanish (Argentina), ensuring clarity and adherence to guidelines. Produce high-quality written outputs in English when required, maintaining accuracy and structure. Develop detailed evaluation rubrics and grading guidelines in Spanish (Argentina) and English. Conduct model testing and grading, evaluating responses for accuracy, completeness, and clarity. Support benchmarking and quality assurance to maintain consistency and reliability in datasets. Collaborate with project leads to resolve ambiguities and improve task design. Qualifications - Strong writing, editing, and critical thinking skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Fluency in Spanish (Argentina) and English (spoken and written). - Available to commit 10–20 hours per week.
