About the role: We’re looking for a content marketing manager to perform keyword and industry research, optimize content for SEO, build content calendars, and assist with strategic content-led initiatives. Reporting to the director of content marketing, this role should be a perfect balance of creative and strategic: Someone who enjoys storytelling — and knows how to analyze content marketing performance to recommend improvements that are worth the lift. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, media, or related field
- 5+ years in content marketing and previous experience developing B2B content calendars
- Experience writing content (primarily blogs, long-form guides, and landing pages) and optimizing it for SEO
- Proficiency in SEMrush and Google Search Console
- Proficiency in content management systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Exposure to performance data and analyzing content marketing metrics
- Interest in managing others and training them up on key skills
- Strategic thinker who can adapt, pivot, and stay ahead of industry trends
- Strong communicator
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortability managing multiple brand style guidelines and preferences
- Ability to meet hard deadlines and communicate project status updates
