Job Description - Develop and maintain robust software applications using TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, Nest.js, and React. - Implement new functionality from scratch, such as role-based access control services, API integrations, and endpoint development, under the guidance of Senior Developers. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define, design, and deliver new features. - Work in an AI-augmented development environment, leveraging tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Microsoft Copilot. - Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and maintainability. - Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and team collaboration practices. - Follow Agile/SCRUM methodologies and actively participate in ceremonies. Qualifications - Commercial experience in software development with a focus on TypeScript/JavaScript stack. - Proven experience with Node.js, React.js, and REST API development. - Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, or similar). - Ability to write effective prompts for AI-generated code and refactoring. - Experience preparing code for AI-assisted review and translating AI-generated specifications into implementation tasks. - Strong debugging and validation skills for AI-generated code. - Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a results-oriented mindset. - Analytical thinking and solid technical judgment. - Ability to quickly understand existing digital products and architectures. - Experience working in SCRUM teams. - Fluent English. • Own the process from hardware arrival through power-on, configuration, validation, and documentation. • Create system configuration plans, defining and executing power-on and burn-in procedures. • Perform firmware and BIOS/UEFI updates, and implement OS/hypervisor images and automation. • Collaborate closely with Program Management, Account Coordinators, Production Engineering, Manufacturing, System Verification, Sales Engineering, and clients to provide a high-quality project experience.

• Lead pod delivery end-to-end: backlog refinement, technical breakdown, implementation, review, and release. • Design and build agentic orchestration pipelines — e.g. a bug reported in Slack or Plane flowing through triage, context gathering, fix attempt, PR creation, and automated review before a human merges. • Wire agentic review triggers into PR and CI/CD workflows: security analysis, bug-risk review, test gap detection, dependency checks — with clear pass/fail/escalate behaviour and auditability. • Use AI-assisted development responsibly across coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and code review — coaching the pod without bypassing engineering fundamentals. • Ship production-visible outcomes early and codify what works into standards, guardrails, and tooling choices the wider org can adopt. • Provide pragmatic technical leadership on pod-owned work and high-risk cross-cutting decisions; advise (not own) wider platform architecture. • Lead one high-leverage modernisation path the pod can execute — including assessment of our .NET Core 2.1 estate and a pragmatic upgrade recommendation. • Improve the pod’s path to production: Git workflows, CI/CD (Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions), testing expectations, and quality gates — then propose rollouts others can follow. • Grow the pod: hiring, onboarding, scrum maturity, and mentorship across distributed and offshore engineers. • Ensure everything ships with fintech-grade security, compliance, auditability, and operational discipline — including careful evaluation of AI vendor and tooling risk.

• The Full-Stack Developer will work closely with clients, digital leaders, solutions architects, and technical/ functional leads across Guidehouse digital teams and market segments to support client projects and provide solutions for growth efforts and capabilities build-out • Serve as a key member of the modernization team to support technical challenges/demos, building innovative solution prototypes using cloud architectures and software technologies • Solutions architecture and hands-on engineering/full-stack development of scalable and secure distributed systems using modern software technologies and programming, Cloud Native and microservices architecture, containerization, and API-First design patterns • Work collaboratively with user experience designers, platform engineers, product owners, solution architects, and business analysts • The Cloud Applications Full Stack Developer will design, build, test, and deploy high-value, operationally resilient software products on the AWS cloud platform that satisfy functional and non-functional requirements
