• As a Client Partner Lead for the Manufacturing & Multi-industries segment, you will own the strategy, revenue goals, and client relationships across your portfolio. • You’ll build and maintain long-term partnerships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive account growth. • In this role, you’ll guide a team of Client Partners, supporting them in developing account strategies, sharing industry insights, and meeting performance goals in line with Accesa’s 5-star customer experience standards. • Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Presales, Legal, and Finance, you’ll help shape the strategic direction of our initiatives in the Manufacturing & Multi-industries space. • Define and drive the Manufacturing & multi-industries vertical strategy, aligning with market trends, regulations, and technologies. • Act as a thought leader, representing Accesa in external forums and shaping industry positioning. • Own strategic client relationships, ensuring proactive communication, issue resolution, and strategic alignment. • Develop and maintain client plans that focus on long-term growth, cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and pipeline management. • Oversee sales and proposal development, ensuring offers are aligned with client needs, profitability targets, and compliance. • Partner with Delivery to manage project scope, pricing, and overall account profitability. • Lead and coach a team of Client Partners, building capabilities in strategic account management and consultative selling. • Drive performance through clear goals, feedback cycles, and professional development. • Manage budgets, ensure accurate CRM reporting, and foster a data-driven approach to decision-making and forecasting. • Implement continuous improvement based on client feedback and internal evaluations. • Monitor and improve client satisfaction metrics, facilitating executive-level reviews and governance sessions.

Job Requirements

  • Deep Industry Knowledge: Proven expertise in the IT sector, specifically in Manufacturing, keeping up with market evolution, regulatory changes, and sector best practices.
  • Strategic Thinking & Planning: Capable of translating market data, client feedback, and emerging tech trends into a clear strategy for the industry segment.
  • Proven Client Relationship Management: Track record in building trust-based relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • People Leadership: Experience leading, mentoring, and coaching teams, with a focus on consultative sales, account management, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: Adept at influencing senior stakeholders (both internal and client-side), creating concise presentations, and delivering persuasive proposals.
  • Project Delivery Awareness: Familiar with delivery lifecycles, from requirements analysis to go-live, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effective in navigating large, complex organizations, prioritizing multiple stakeholders, and resolving escalations proactively.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in German and English (written and spoken) is strongly preferred for engaging with diverse client portfolios.

Role Description Client Success Associates are integral members of PCG’s Northwest Education Team; the specific focus of this role will be supporting web-based case management software, primarily for Special Education. Client Success Associates will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and growing client relationships with local education agency (school district) and/or state agency stakeholders.
