Role Description Join Our Alpha Iota Family, Where Everyone Wins! - Create and edit video content using AI video generation and editing tools. - Generate AI voiceovers, avatars, animations, and visual effects when required. - Optimize videos for various platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube, and websites. - Research and conceptualize creative, trend-relevant promotional content, particularly for the Indonesia market. - Manage end-to-end video production: sourcing raw footage, scripting/rephrasing copy, editing, subtitling, and final delivery. - Ensure content is visually engaging and aligned with brand messaging and campaign objectives. - Stay updated on social media trends and promotional formats to ideate impactful, scroll-stopping videos. - Collaborate with the Media Buyer team and stakeholders to align content direction with campaign needs. - Utilize CapCut as the primary editing tool; explore AI tools to streamline content creation and editing workflow. - Apply strong attention to detail, particularly in visual elements and promo copy, to minimize errors and uphold quality. Qualifications - 1–2 years of experience in AI video editing, social media content creation, or a strong portfolio showcasing short-form content (e.g., Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or paid social ads). - Strong awareness of market trends and ability to create engaging video content. - Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written) – must be able to localize content and captions for the target audience. - Proficiency in CapCut; experience with tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects is a strong advantage. - Familiarity with AI tools for video creation/editing and openness to exploring new creative technologies. - Experience or interest in motion graphics, especially for GIF creation. - Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design. - Ability to develop storyboards, rephrase scripts, and produce content end-to-end with minimal supervision. - Highly detail-oriented, especially when handling promo content, subtitles, and brand voice. - Ability to manage high daily output and adapt to feedback constructively. - Prior exposure to e-commerce, product-focused content, or digital marketing is a plus.
