• Source and identify Certified Athletic Trainers (ATCs) for nationwide military health and human performance programs • Utilize your understanding of the athletic training profession to proactively engage qualified candidates and build long-term talent pipelines • Conduct targeted searches using professional networks, social media platforms, databases, referrals, and industry-specific resources • Build and maintain relationships within the athletic training community through professional associations, universities, networking groups, conferences, and online communities • Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement activities to assess interest, qualifications, and availability • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies • Maintain and nurture candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Attend virtual and in-person recruiting events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand candidate networks • Create candidate profiles, sourcing summaries, and market intelligence reports for recruiters and hiring teams • Support recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding efforts targeting athletic training professionals • Maintain accurate sourcing activity and candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM tools • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, OFCCP requirements, company policies, and recruiting best practices • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive talent landscapes within athletic training and healthcare staffing • Participate in recruiting team meetings and contribute to sourcing strategy discussions • Support additional talent acquisition projects and workforce planning initiatives across PSI and its subsidiaries as needed.

Role Description Join our team as a Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Intern at CASE Management Consulting! Remote (U.S.-Based). Applicants must currently reside in Missouri (MO), Washington, D.C. (DC), Virginia (VA), Maryland (MD), or South Carolina (SC). Compensation: $15-$18 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Schedule: Part-time, 15–20 hours per week. Availability during core business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time) is required. The Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Intern will support CASE Management Consulting's Human Capital team across various functions: - Recruiting - Onboarding - Employee engagement - Workforce administration - Special projects This role provides hands-on experience supporting a growing federal consulting organization while developing practical skills in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Business Operations. Role Description As a Senior Talent Partner based in North America, you'll own hiring across one of Cloudbeds' most strategically important markets, including the USA and Canada. Your primary focus will be GTM (Go-To-Market), covering: - Outbound Sales - Customer Growth - Sales Operations - Sales Enablement You'll need to be comfortable running volume pipelines as well as deep, competitor-focused sourcing to land passive candidates. You'll be a trusted partner to hiring managers across the business and a true ambassador for Cloudbeds in the North American talent market. Qualifications - 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology company and/or an agency focused on the high-growth SaaS market. - Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders up to C-Suite level. - Strong track record hiring across GTM functions, including outbound Sales, Operations, and Enablement. - Exposure to Technology hiring is a strong advantage. - Proven sourcing skills with hands-on experience running competitor mapping and passive candidate outreach campaigns. - Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse (or a comparable modern ATS), and other sourcing tools. - Strong stakeholder management skills. - Hands-on experience using AI in your workflow. - Proficient across G Suite, Slack, and Zoom. - Excellent English, both written and verbal.
