Job Description

Senior Product Manager

Optable Technologies

Role Description As a Senior Product Manager on the Audience Platform, you will own the core Audience product capabilities at the heart of Optable — the audience data sourcing, building, estimation, activation, reporting, and UI workstreams that publishers rely on every day. You will partner directly with engineering, data science, solutions, and enterprise customers to set the roadmap, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship features that move revenue for our partners. You will stay ahead of where the industry is heading — retail media, CTV, AI-driven solutions, and privacy-enhancing technologies — and translate those shifts into prioritized bets on the platform. This is the right role for a strong executor ready to grow into strategic ownership of a complex, technically rich domain. What you will do - Audience Building: Own the tools publishers use to create and manage first and third-party audience segments — including data collection (sources, events), contextual classification, behavioural classification, and lookalike modeling. - Activation: Own the audience creation to campaign pipeline end-to-end — from proposal through build and sync to Ad Server, SSP, DSP, and marketing platform destinations. - Actionable Insights: Own the pre and post campaign analytics that inform publisher sales strategy and revenue optimization. - Data Collaboration: Own the Activation, Insights, and Prospecting clean room product lines—from partnership configuration to secure matching, lookalike modeling, and shareable reporting—so publishers, brands, and platforms can collaborate on outcomes without exposing raw data. - Privacy: Own Optable’s privacy product surface, including the differential privacy budgeting system, real-time API privacy controls (TCF/GPP), and OpenDSR data subject request workflows. Anticipate regulatory shifts and translate them into prioritized platform investments. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Influence Engineering, Design, Solutions, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Partner with GTM on positioning, packaging, and internal enablement. Make trade-offs across competing initiatives and bring solutions—not just problems—to the table. - Communication: Present clearly to internal and external teams, and write customer-facing collateral that helps the GTM team tell a compelling product story to publishers, advertisers, and data partners. Qualifications - 5+ years of product management, ideally in adtech, data platforms, clean rooms, or technically complex B2B SaaS. - Strong working knowledge of advertising technology—ad servers (GAM), Prebid, SSPs/DSPs, identity resolution, first- and third-party data. - Clear understanding of privacy-enhancing technologies, differential privacy, consent frameworks (TCF/GPP), and data subject rights. - Working knowledge of leading LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and the Model Context Protocol (MCP). - Ability to set priorities based on customer outcomes and identify cross-product trade-offs. - Strong interviewer who spots patterns across customer conversations. - Strong written and verbal communicator. - Must be based in North America and willing to travel on a regular basis to visit customers and the Montreal office. Benefits - A vibrant and inclusive work environment in a rapidly growing company at the forefront of advertising technology. - A culture that values transparency, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving. - Competitive salary and equity packages. - Opportunities for professional growth and development. - 20 days individual vacation, plus company-wide holidays and health flex days. - Comprehensive benefits and 401K plans.
