Role Description A growing European-based organisation in the software solutions and lifecycle management space is expanding its outbound sales function. The business focuses on helping companies optimise how they buy, use, and resell software through transparent and cost-effective solutions. The team operates in a fully remote, agile environment, with optional office access for those who prefer a hybrid setup. This role focuses on driving net new business acquisition through outbound B2B sales activities. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and converting leads into sales or sourcing transactions. Key Responsibilities - Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, email outreach, and other outbound methods - Identify decision-makers and assess potential opportunities - Present value propositions tailored to client needs - Manage the full sales cycle where capable (from lead generation to closing) - Alternatively, hand over qualified leads to senior sales teams for conversion - Negotiate deals and overcome objections to close transactions - Maintain and track pipeline activity using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) - Continuously develop product knowledge and sales capability Qualifications - 1–3 years in outbound B2B sales or call centre environment - Proven track record in lead generation and/or sales (“hunter” profile) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers - Good negotiation and objection-handling ability - Strong organisational and time management skills - Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset - Resilient and adaptable in a high-performance environment Language Requirements - English (essential) - Plus one of the following: - German - French (preference for native or European French speakers) - Other European languages (e.g. Spanish, Dutch, Italian) - Note: Exceptional English-only candidates may be considered subject to internal review. Assist with delivery of supplies, requisition forms, courier services, and customer training. • Ensure all appropriate personnel are notified of system modifications and that those changes are documented. Follow up on changes to ensure user needs are being met. • Analyze and assist internal and external clients with the implementation and installation of outreach connectivity. Analyzes client workflow processes and procedures to recommend appropriate Outreach solution. • Identify and communicate system or operation problems in assigned application IT or customer hospital IT. • Coordinate solutions hardware and peripheral equipment issues for customers. • Support installs of connectivity by coordinating schedule with both client and Outreach Applications Analysts. • Maintain expertise in relevant computer systems such as Antrim, Rhodes, Sunquest, PowerPath, Sales Force, Epic, Cerner and Liberty. • Check client centrifuges according to procedure.
