We are looking for a highly capable Senior Laravel Developer to step in and take full ownership of our backend infrastructure. You will not just be writing code; you will be driving the architecture, making critical technical decisions, and leading the implementation of our backend capabilities from the ground up. You will be architecting high-performance, scalable backend systems designed to solve high-impact, real-world challenges across our logistics network. You will take complete ownership of designing and deploying sophisticated, clean-architecture backend systems that drive real value for the business. • Partner with business and technology team members to expand the data engineering platform. • Follow the software development lifecycle of the data engineering platform. • Build data extraction, transformation, and load processes from a variety of sources. • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and related Microsoft technologies. • Build and enhance responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks. • Develop, integrate, and support RESTful APIs and back-end services to enable secure, scalable application functionality and data exchange. • Create and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and data models in SQL Server or similar relational database platforms. • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality, maintainable software solutions. • Follow data governance best practices. • Develop and monitor data orchestration tools and processes, providing automation to the organization. • Develop the file delivery and quality control of incoming data and imaging files using appropriate tools. • Work with providers and internal business partners to set up and document new sources, validate and fix existing sources, and ensure the timely delivery of information and files. • Mentor, review, improve and ensure junior staff quality of work • Prompt and regular attendance is required

• Be responsible for the full lifecycle of innovative, large-scale Java/Spring-based products: design, development, quality assurance, deployment, maintenance, and support, ensuring high standards and adhering to best development practices • Translate software requirements into maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks • Engage with the broader tech community to understand emerging technologies and incorporate them into existing workflows

• Provides continuous operational stewardship of enterprise database environments across Oracle and SQL platforms operating under a 24x7x365 support model. • Deploys, operates, and supports database environments including migrations across data centers, on-premise infrastructure, and cloud platforms while minimizing service disruption. • Performs sustained execution for monitoring, maintenance, backups, and incident support across production, development, test, and recovery environments. • Operates under senior engineer oversight while being actively up-skilled on complex issues and optimization. • Supports cross-team coordination with infrastructure, network, security, and communications teams. • Ensures database availability and recovery expectations are met without introducing single points of failure. • Assists with performance tuning, data integrity validation, and routine administrative tasks.
