Job Requirements
- You have preferably at least 3 years of experience in the commercial pharmaceutical industry, ideally in sales, account management, or territory management.
- A university degree or equivalent in life sciences, natural sciences, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or a related field.
- An interest to grow and develop.
- Strong experience in customer relationship management.
- Confidence using digital tools for virtual and hybrid customer engagement.
- Experience in immunology or gastroenterology is an advantage.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across functions.
- A knowledge of marketing principles and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Estonian and good command of English.
- Strong digital literacy and confidence using CRM and MS Office tools.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
