Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead Product Designer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped consumer products, e-commerce platforms, content-heavy applications, or similar digital experiences
- Proven expertise in information architecture and organizing complex information into intuitive user experiences
- Strong interaction design skills with experience designing multi-step workflows, complex user journeys, and stateful interfaces
- Experience owning product design decisions independently and working as the primary designer on a product team
- Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and iterate rapidly throughout the development lifecycle
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, including design systems, components, and reusable patterns
- Daily experience using AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, layout generation, and design workflows
- Strong English communication skills – Minimum B2 level proficiency
