What You´ll Do - Define and drive the workplace strategy across our European office portfolio, aligning with growth, hybrid work, and business priorities - Build and enforce consistent standards across all locations, from service quality to space utilization and employee experience - Lead and develop a distributed team of Office Managers, creating alignment, accountability, and a strong shared culture across sites - Create and implement playbooks, SLAs, and processes that scale as fast as we do - Own vendor strategy across offices, negotiating contracts, optimizing costs, and ensuring top-tier service delivery - Oversee daily office operations, ensuring every site runs smoothly, professionally, and feels like a place people want to be - Drive workplace technology adoption in partnership with IT and Security, from booking systems to access control and support tools - Partner with leadership on leases, expansions, relocations, and new site launches across Europe - Lead office fit-outs, refurbishments, and moves, delivering projects on time and on budget - Work closely with HR to support onboarding, internal events, and culture-building initiatives - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all sites - Support business continuity and crisis readiness in coordination with Security and Operations Requirements What You’ll Need - Strong experience in workplace, office operations, corporate real estate, or facilities, including leadership across multiple European sites - Proven ability to manage distributed teams and create consistent standards across different countries and cultures - Solid experience managing budgets, vendors, and complex service portfolios with a strong commercial mindset - Hands-on involvement in office openings, relocations, or large-scale refurbishments - Good understanding of workplace compliance, health and safety, and regulatory requirements in Europe - Confidence working with senior stakeholders, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution - Fluent English and ideally another European language - Willingness to travel regularly across our sites - High integrity, resilience, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, evolving environment Nice to have - Experience in a high-growth or scaling tech, engineering, or industrial environment - Exposure to environments with both corporate offices and industrial or production sites - Familiarity with workplace technology platforms such as desk booking, IWMS, or visitor systems - Professional certifications in workplace or facilities management - Experience driving sustainability initiatives across office environments Who You Are You thrive in a fast-paced environment where expectations are high and change is constant. Role Description The Registered Electroencephalographic (EEG) Technologist will work remotely to provide Continuous Long-Term Monitoring. This role is responsible for conducting and managing long-term neurodiagnostic monitoring, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and accurate data interpretation. - Conduct remote long-term neurodiagnostic monitoring, adhering to established protocols and standards. - Establish and prepare medical record documentation in accordance with hospital and SpecialtyCare policy. - Conduct periodic trending analysis and/or data review per facility policy and procedures. - Transfer data between local and network drives for data review and permanent storage when necessary. - Provide physicians and other clinical staff members with periodic updates, data summaries and assist as requested regarding EEG and the patient’s clinical condition per facility policy and procedures. - Report critical test results to the neuro critical care physician, nursing staff, and/or supervisor and document this communication according to facility and SpecialtyCare policy and procedures. - Monitor (shift) report summarizing number of events, types of events, precautions necessary, additional procedures ordered and any other relevant information which is available for review by staff caring for the patient. - Read, understand, and implement all policies and procedure guidelines. - Ensure the integrity and maintenance of remote monitoring equipment and software. Inform appropriate individuals of equipment condition and general needs as necessary. - Participate in both evening and weekend call duties on a rotation with colleagues. - Live the SpecialtyCare Values – Integrity, Teamwork, Care & Improvement. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Certified as Registered EEG Technologist (R. EEG). - Certification in Long Term Monitoring preferred. - Three (3) years or more of related experience. - Prior EEG reading experience. - Equivalent combination of education and experience, acceptable. Requirements - High level of communication and documentation required for patient care. - Understands computer operations and networking, when applicable, sufficient to do basic troubleshooting/report to information technology support services. - Ability to work quickly and proficiently under stressful conditions. - Knowledgeable of the rationale and indications for ordering EEG studies in a hospital ICU setting. - Competence in deciphering artifacts from cortical activity. - Works well in a team environment. - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety manuals, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. - Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. - Ability to clearly speak, write and understand English. - Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. - Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in routine and/or emergency situations.
