• Leading and coordinate project activities • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards • Developing and managing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Leading cross-functional project teams • Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks and issues • Engaging with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates • Preparing and presenting project reports and status updates to senior management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred
- Significant experience in project management and team leadership
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 being advantageous
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 30%)

Role Description Join a new Global Team dedicated to driving innovation and making a significant impact both domestically and globally! This is a Full-time position with Full Remote work available within Japan only. A well-established company that has traditionally worked with vendors is now building its own in-house digital team. As part of this first step, the company has onboarded one of Japan’s top tech leaders and is forming a new mega team to drive digital transformation. As an Delivery Manager (Account PM), you will oversee 1–3 project teams (internal + partner companies) and ensure smooth delivery, stakeholder alignment, and people management. This role sits between business and engineering. You will work closely with C-level leadership (CTO, CIO, VPoT), business units, and engineering teams to drive digital innovation. Key Responsibilities - Lead and deliver multiple projects (1–3 teams) with responsibility for QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery). - If a team lacks a Project Manager, you will act directly as PM (planning, scheduling, progress tracking, risk management). - Communicate effectively with engineers, designers, and technical leads to ensure alignment on requirements and feasibility. - Collaborate with stakeholders from business teams, PMO, vendors, and partner companies. - Act as a bridge between technology and business, translating needs into actionable plans. - Manage and mentor team members, balancing process, delivery timeline, and people motivation. - Contribute to creating a scalable delivery framework and improve operational processes.
