• Advising customers on potential solutions, providing ongoing support, and building strong relationships through excellent customer service • Preparing outbound outreach campaigns and email sequences, while responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries • Identifying, prospecting, and contacting new leads through both inbound and outbound channels, following up via email, phone, and other outreach methods • A/B testing different approaches to optimize results and improve conversion rates • Conducting online platform demos to showcase our products' benefits and features • Creating and negotiating offers to close deals with potential customers • Upselling to active customers by identifying additional value and benefits

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong ability to identify and address customer pain points and provide effective solutions
  • Comfortable using a variety of technology platforms and tools

About the role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SDR, Outbound Sales to join our SME & Growth Outbound team in Singapore. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the team's growth and success by driving strategic projects and sales initiatives that are focused on scalability, operational excellence, and process optimisation. As a key player in our expansion efforts, you will take ownership of logistical and operational initiatives that enhance the efficiency of our outbound sales programs across verticals. Additionally, you will support Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) in prospect-facing activities, including sales meetings, campaigns, and events, helping to foster strong relationships with our prospects and customers. Responsibilities - Support the Singapore Outbound team to design and manage projects and processes that drive commercial KPIs and optimise growth across priority verticals. - Partner with key stakeholders in the Outbound, Marketing, and Revenue Strategy & Operations teams to execute important projects, including territory/vertical planning, forecasting, and optimising scalability of our outbound motions. - Manage day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring processes are executed efficiently and accurately to support team objectives using Salesforce and other data platforms. - Analyse performance metrics (e.g. outreach productivity, pipeline health, win rates) to identify trends, address gaps, and develop actionable strategies for improvement. - Work alongside SDRs and AEs to support building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with prospects and customers, fostering trust and collaboration. - Design and support the execution of innovative outbound campaigns to boost prospect engagement, generate qualified meetings, and drive scalable growth across our target verticals. - Collaborate with internal teams-including Operations, Marketing, Product, and other commercial functions-to deliver seamless and impactful experiences for prospects throughout the sales journey. Who you are - Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, revenue operations/sales operations, or other commercial/operational roles. - Commercial roles with proven operational experience will also be considered. - Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Sheets, Looker). - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional languages (e.g. Mandarin, Bahasa) are a plus. - Proven ability to identify and execute on process improvements. - Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in a startup or scale-up. - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
