Informatica IDMC & AI Governance Lead Developer

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise data management solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). • Leverage Informatica CLAIRE AI capabilities for intelligent data discovery, metadata management, and automated data governance. • Lead the implementation of enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and standards. • Implement and manage Data Catalog, Data Quality, Data Integration, and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions within IDMC. • Collaborate with data architects, business stakeholders, and analytics teams to enable trusted data for reporting and AI/ML initiatives. • Define and enforce data standards, data stewardship processes, and data lifecycle management. • Configure and manage data lineage, metadata management, and data classification using Informatica tools. • Support regulatory and compliance initiatives (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) through robust governance implementations. • Provide architectural guidance and best practices for cloud data platforms and enterprise data ecosystems. • Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership in Informatica implementations.

Job Requirements

  • 14+ years of experience in data integration, data management, or data governance.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) components such as: Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC), Master Data Management (MDM).
  • Experience using Informatica CLAIRE AI for metadata intelligence and automation.
  • Proven experience implementing enterprise data governance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data lineage, metadata management, data cataloging, and data quality management.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Good understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience with SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Informatica certifications related to IDMC or Data Governance (preferred).
  • Experience integrating IDMC with enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.) (preferred).
  • Knowledge of AI-driven data management and intelligent automation (preferred).
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise data transformation programs (preferred).
