Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir eine*n AI-Marketer/-Designer, der unser Marketing Team verstärkt und AI systematisch in die Erstellung und Optimierung von unseren Video- und Static-Ads integriert. - Creative Erstellung für Video & Static Ads - Unterstützung des Marketing Teams bei der operativen Umsetzung unserer Performance-Creatives (1M+ AdSpend), mit klarem Fokus auf Meta. - Nutzung von AI zur Beschleunigung von Research, Ideengenerierung, Copy-Varianten und Creative-Ableitungen. - Übersetzung von Performance-Daten in strukturierte Creative-Konzepte für Video- und Static-Ads. - Verständnis für Mechaniken bei Static-Ads (Visual Hierarchy, Kontrast, Message Clarity, Text-Bild-Verhältnis) und Faktoren bei Video-Ads (Hook, Pace, Aufbau, Story). - Entwicklung zahlreicher Creative-Varianten, die systematisch getestet werden und iterativ den Ad Account skalieren. - AI-gestützte Video-Produktion für Performance Ads - Produktion von Performance-Videos AI-first. - Nutzung gängiger AI-Tools zur Video- und Bildgenerierung (z.B. Weavy, Gemini, Midjourney oder Sora). - Kombination von vorhandenem Footage, UGC, Stock-Material und AI-generierten Assets zu skalierbaren Video-Ads. - AI-gestützte Entwicklung von Static Ads - Entwicklung von Static-Ads als eigenständigen Performance-Kanal. - Erstellung von Visual-Concepts, Headlines, Claims und Layout-Varianten mit Hilfe von AI. - Systematische Ableitung weiterer Tests aus einem starken Static. Qualifications - Sehr hohe AI-Affinität und praktische Erfahrung mit gängigen AI-Tools zur Video- und Bildgenerierung. - Praxis bei Editing / Post Production (idealerweise DaVinci Resolve) sowie bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von Static-Ads (Canva, Adobe, etc.). - Echte Leidenschaft für gutes Essen, Kochen und Kulinarik mit einem Gespür dafür, Food-Content ästhetisch und verkaufsfördernd zu inszenieren. - Strukturierte, testorientierte Arbeitsweise. - Analytische und konzeptionelle Stärke zur Übersetzung von Daten in kreative Hypothesen. - Teamplayer-Mindset.
